Holiday apartments rent contains right for apartments free use.
Price includes cooking and dining dishes, bedclothes (no linen) and firewoods.

Customers are supposed to use linen. Linen are available to hire from our office if required (11 € / person)

Cleaning in holiday apartment during the vacation and before leaving attend to the tenant.

For example:
· Take garbage to the dustbin / put a new garbage bag
· Clean carpets ( take outside )
· Vacuum the floor and wipe it with moisted towel
· Clean the toilet and the sink in the bathroom
· Clean the sink in the kitchen / empty the dishwasher
· Put all the things in their own places / clean all the stains
· Make the beds
· Clean the outside porch / empty the ashtray

If customer has not cleaned the holiday apartment before leaving the key, we have to charge the customer for cleaning.

Number of customers must not overdose the quantity informed.
Smoking inside the holiday apartment is not allowed.
Customer is obligated to compensate any possible damages made on holiday apartment or personal property.
